We are delighted if you are one of the many coming to see Calendar Girls this week. The cast are all ready and behind the scenes our wonderful Front of House volunteers are preparing to welcome you and to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

This week promises some very warm weather and so there are a few things you should take note of:

• Obviously dress accordingly, Bermuda shorts and Hawaiian shirts welcome.
• Please bring a filled water bottle which you can have refilled at the bar as much as you like.
• If during the performance you need an extra top-up, just raise your hand and pass it along and our staff will be happy to refill it for you without you having to leave your seat.
• If you have a hand-held fan, bring that along with you. We don't care about the noise, we would rather you were as comfortable as possible.
• If you have one of those new fancy cooling blankets, bring that too. You'll be the envy of your row.
• We are hiring in some extra air-conditioning units and a dehumidifier which we will have been running all day before you arrive (so bring a cardy just in case you're too chilly)!

And if there is anything else that you need, please just ask any of our staff and we will try to help.
